How it works

Reads your company books

Card, cash and check expenses and bills from QuickBooks, going back years, so annual renewals are found too.

Connects your own cards and bank accounts

Optional and read-only, through Plaid. You sign in to your bank in Plaid's window; Qimsi never sees your bank password.

Finds what repeats

A charge from the same vendor on a steady rhythm becomes a subscription: weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual, including usage-based bills that change each month.

Paying twice

Flags two plans from one vendor, the same tool on two cards, and different tools doing the same job, with what you could save.

Stopped and forgotten

Shows subscriptions that stopped charging, and lets you mark anything that isn't really recurring so it drops out of the totals.

Your bank data

  • Read-only, through Plaid. Connecting an account lets Qimsi read transactions. It cannot move money, and your bank login goes to your bank through Plaid, never to Qimsi.
  • Yours alone. Personal cards and bank accounts are visible only to the person who connected them, not to anyone else in the company, administrators included.
  • Used for one thing. Transactions are used only to find your recurring charges. They are never sold or shared, and never sent to an AI provider.
  • Encrypted and removable. The bank connection key is stored encrypted. Disconnect an account and its connection is revoked at Plaid and its transactions are deleted from Qimsi.
